TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE BOOKING OF CASA SOPHIA

PAYMENT

A deposit payment for Casa Sophia of 20% is required at the time of booking which is non-refundable. If the booking is made within two calendar months of the date of arrival then full payment is required immediately. In all cases the final balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the departure date. In the event that the owners are unable to obtain final payment within this date, then the villa can be re-advertised and the deposit is non-refundable.

LIABILITY

The owners will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, and exceptional weather conditions. Further, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, car, and its contents of the hirer or any member of the party during your stay.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

The villa rental includes: The cost of water, electricity, gas, maintenance of swimming pool and garden. Please note: No items must be removed from the villa during your stay.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

The villa rental price does not include any personal insurance, travel, transportation or airport to villa transport.

Only persons listed on the Booking form may occupy the villa. The villa cannot be re-let/sublet to any other group/party. This includes use of the swimming pool. Only the persons listed as occupying the villa are allowed to use the pool. The balance of the chemicals and filtration is adjusted to the occupancy. Any more persons than specified using the pool will severely disrupt the balance, and in doing so, could result in charges incurred in order to rectify the pools chemical balance. The hirer agrees that he/she is occupying the chosen property for the purposes of a holiday only and for not more than the time period acknowledged by the owners. The Hirer accepts upon a booking that he/she will return to their principle place of residence at the end of the holiday being the date confirmed in the confirmation letter.

Pets are not allowed.

WASTE

All waste is to be disposed on a daily basis in the green skips available throughout the urbanization.

BEHAVIOUR

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and the members of your party do not behave in a way which causes offence or danger to others or which risks damage to property belonging to others. In such circumstances the villa owner/s have the right to terminate arrangements made on your behalf, in which case the owner's responsibility to you ceases immediately and there can be no refunds, no payment of compensation and no reimbursement of any cost or expenses you may incur as a result. Further, you will be liable to reimburse the owners for any expenses whatsoever it incurs as a result of your behaviour.

BREAKAGES & CLEANLINESS

Our accommodation is made available for letting on the understanding that the property will be left clean and tidy at the time of checkout and all personal waste must be removed from the property. The customer will be held responsible for any damage or breakages to the property, caused by the customer and in the event of such occurrence, the incident must be reported to the villa management or the owner immediately and appropriate compensation made. Customers are not permitted to move any furniture or equipment. Under no circumstances must any furniture for use inside the property, be moved outside.

VILLA CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES

Access to Casa Sophia will be after 2pm on your day of arrival to allow time for cleaning and servicing, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Late departures will incur an additional charge due to expiry of the rental period.
